Orders are processed within 24 hours and ship via UPS. Some items which are custom-made-to-order by the manufacturer may require additional shipping time, and are marked as such. We Accept Returns for Exchanges or Store Credits


Return merchandise is eligible for Exchange or Store Credit for a period of 30 calendar days from when you receive your item.


Refund Policy


We will provide the option for a refund only in these instances:

1. Customer receives a defective item that has a flaw.

2. Customer receives the wrong item due to a shipping error.

3. Customer receives a personalized item with a production error, such as a misspelling, wrong number, or wrong model.

4. Customer receives an item which was damaged in transit.


Custom-Made & Personalized Items


Custom-Made & Personalized items are any items that have been customized with a name and/or number. Since these are made especially for you, they are only eligible for returns if the item is defective or has a production error such as a misspelling.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Required


All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need to make a return, please contact us to obtain an RMA.

Return Shipping Fees


Return shipping fees are not covered unless we have shipped the incorrect item, in which case we will reimburse you for the shipping fees. When shipping a return item, we strongly encourage you to insure your return and keep the tracking number to make sure the item has made it back to us safely.


Physical Condition of Return Items


We can only accept return items that are in their original, unworn, new condition, including the tags. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, used or are no longer in their original condition.
